There are two ways to buy vehicles from MI Auto Ltd Japan.

Stock Vehicles

1. Choose Your vehicle!

Make your inquiries by e-mail or at website and receive the vehicle price by e-mail. If the vehicle has been under offer to another customer, the vehicle may become available to you later. Please contact us in few days. Or you can find another vehicle and make inquiries again.

2. Request

If you agree with our price, request Proforma Invoice(P/I), and Purchase Agreement(P/A) then we will hold the vehicle for you up to 48 hours from the time we issued the Proforma Invoice.

3. Payment

Make 100% payment of the total cost By Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) within 2 (two) business days. You need to pay money transfer charge at your bank, because it is not included in the price. Send us T/T transfer copy via e-mail.

4. Booking Your Vehicle

After we acknowledge the receipt of your payment, we will re-confirm the following via email:

• Your Consignee (owner-to-be, for the vehicle) for B/L,
• Your notified customer(person who receives the notice of ship\\\\\\\'s arrival) for B/L (Bill of Lading),
• Your documents destination address (DHL delivery address)

We need Full Name, Full Address and Phone Number for all of the above.

After confirmation of all the above points, we will book your vehicle and send it on the ship way towards the port of your convenience.

5. Shipping Schedule

We share the shipping schedule once finilized with our customers. MI Auto Ltd is not liable in any delay in the delivery due to any reason by the shipping companies.

6. Final Check for Bill of Lading (B/L) Documents

Shipping company will send us B/L documents 1-2 days after the ship\\\\\\\'s departure. We will send you the PDF file of the B/L documents via e-mail. Please CHECK THE SCAN COPY VERY CAREFULLY.
*You may not be able to amend the B/L once we send it to you.

7. Dispatch Bill of Lading(B/L) Documents

After receiving your confirmation as a PDF file of the B/L documents, we will send the documents to you by DHL. You will be notified the Tracking Number and link immediately.

8. Delivery of the Vehicle

Pick the vehicle(s) at your port. Make sure to bring all necessary documents.

Auction Vehicles

1. Pay Deposit

To buy through auctions, submission of deposit is required. You can signup on our website and can deposit through Paypal or bank transfer. After receiving the deposit, we will create your account and will send auction access credentials.

2. Select Your Vehicle

Browse & Bid on your vehicles. Our auction staff will place your bids in the real time auctions and if we get your vehicle within your given price we will issue the Performa Invoice (P/I). MI Auto Ltd will help you in selecting the right vehicle and can help you translating the auction sheets and other details.

3. Payment

NOTE: Clearance charges and Customs duties are solely buyer’s responsibility and the buyer is liable for all the charges occurring at the port of destination. We are unable to provide any services regarding these charges and duties from Japan. It is also advised to inspect your vehicle before leaving the port as the vehicle has been unused for a while.
